Responsibilities: Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) for queries and support. Intermediate Microsoft 365 Office proficiency. Operating Systems and Networks: Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 10, 11, and Linux. Server Management: Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022. License management. Antivirus management. Active Directory management. · Requirements: Management tools (attention to requirements and incidents). Knowledge of report generation and documentation gathering for processes or manuals.
