Job Summary: We are seeking a Textile Production Operator to accurately assemble garments in woven and knitted fabrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform garment assembly operations 2. Operate textile machinery (flat-bed sewing machine, overlock machine, coverstitch machine) 3. Work in woven and knitted textile production An entrepreneurial leader with business lines in garment manufacturing, logistics, and marketing in Medellín requires a Textile Garment Production Operator – for woven and knitted fabrics, to join its team. What will you do? Carry out assigned garment assembly operations within the established timeframe and to the required quality standards for woven and knitted fabrics. Required Knowledge: Proficiency in flat-bed sewing, overlock, and coverstitch machines is mandatory; a technical skills test will be administered. Years of experience: 2 years in similar positions. Salary: Current legal minimum wage. Work modality: On-site. Contract type: Direct fixed-term contract with the company. Working hours: Mon: 6:00:00 a.m. – 2:30:00 p.m. Tue–Fri: 6:00:00 a.m. – 3:30:00 p.m. Work location: Industrial area of Medellín. -Requirements- Minimum education: Secondary school diploma. 2 years of experience.
