Position Summary: Experienced Pattern Maker proficient in Optitex for developing patterns, technical sheets, and supervising garment production. Key Highlights: 1. Development of base patterns and grading using Optitex software. 2. Preparation of design sheets and production technical sheets. 3. Supervision and adjustment of garment patterns to validate fit. **Main Responsibilities** * Create base patterns and perform grading using **Optitex** software. * Prepare **design sheets** and **production technical sheets**, ensuring inclusion of measurements, consumption, and materials. * Supervise and adjust **garment patterns** to validate fit, drape, and proportions. * Generate the **machine operation list**, detailing the sewing workflow per garment. * Provide technical follow-up on samples and communicate adjustments to the pattern maker, sample maker, and quality audit team. * Support new development, prototyping, and process improvement initiatives in sewing and pattern making. * Ensure correct interpretation of patterns by cutting and external sewing departments. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced proficiency in **Optitex** (preferred) or Gerber. * Knowledge of **woven fabric garment manufacturing processes**, particularly women's outerwear. * Ability to interpret technical sheets and control measurements. * Proficiency in grading, fitting adjustments, and size scaling. * Basic knowledge of design tools (Illustrator/CorelDRAW is a plus). **Personal Competencies** * Attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with external workshops. * Organizational skills and adherence to deadlines. * Proactivity and technical initiative in resolving design or manufacturing issues. **Education** * Technical or technological degree in pattern making, fashion design, or product development. * Additional training in pattern-making software and industrial processes is desirable. * Experience in full-package manufacturing companies.
