At G4S, we are looking for a Technological Media Operator to join our team. Location: Medellín Work Mode: On-site Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract What Are We Looking For? Are you a high school graduate (any track) with over 1 year of experience as a Technological Media Operator and holding a current Technological Media Operator certification? Then this vacancy is for you! What Will You Do? * Operate monitoring and communication equipment, verifying technological signals emitted by such equipment to analyze events generated by the risk management tool that may arise during service delivery, in accordance with client- or company-established procedures and/or protocols. * Conduct security patrols on foot, by motorcycle, or by vehicle at facilities. * Execute specific surveillance tasks generated by operations using available technological means. * Ensure communication integrity at all times, reporting all received and confirmed incident information, as well as any other situations. * Prepare reports and incident logs. * Maintain constant communication with security supervisors (if applicable) for continuous route, event, and incident monitoring. * Report various technical incidents in the system. * Coordinate and support emergency evacuations. * Maintain constant communication with security supervisors. What Are We Looking For? * Valid security surveillance certification. * 1–3 years of experience in security, CCTV, radio operation, mobile phones, etc. * A strong positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
