Writing Internal Communications: Support the development, review, and editing of content for various internal channels (mass emails, newsletters, leadership announcements, culture messages, etc.), ensuring clarity, appropriate tone, and alignment with the company’s identity. Designing Communication Materials: Support the creation and adaptation of visual materials for internal channels (banners, infographics, presentations, etc.), ensuring visual consistency with the organization’s brand guidelines. Team Operational Execution: Support the operational coordination of the internal communications team, including task tracking, publication schedule management, content archive and database organization, and cross-departmental collaboration. Measurement Support: Support tracking internal communications effectiveness metrics (email open rates, post reach, etc.) to generate insights and improvement proposals. Research and Benchmarking: Support reviewing best practices in internal communications across other industries and competitors to enrich the team’s initiatives. Results Consolidation: Support preparing management reports and summaries to inform leadership decision-making. Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain fluid and effective communication with internal clients and suppliers of the department. · What Do We Need From You? You hold a technical or university degree in Social Communication and Journalism, Organizational Communication, Marketing and Advertising, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related fields. You have 6 months of experience in Internal Communications. Proficiency in Canva. Familiarity with Illustrator and Google Workspace is desirable.
