Job Summary: We are seeking a JAVA Developer with experience in web platforms, best practices and development patterns, willingness to learn, and soft skills for client interaction. Soft skills for interacting with clients and users JAVA Developer with at least one and a half years of experience developing web platforms, applying best practices, knowledge of fundamental development patterns, willingness to learn, discipline, and interest in technological updates. Soft skills are required to attend direct meetings with clients and/or end users. Offer Details: - Indefinite-term contract with an initial two-month probation period. - Hybrid work: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote (Office located in Bogotá - Santa Isabel). - Salary: $3,000,000 to $3,400,000 depending on experience.
