Deliver an exceptional purchasing experience to our B2B customers by providing personalized advisory services and contributing to achieving the point-of-sale commercial goals, ensuring proper product display and high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on product features, benefits, and usage. Identify customer needs and offer solutions aligned with their requirements. Achieve established sales and commercial objectives (follow-ups, field visits, etc.). Support brand positioning events. Perform point-of-sale management activities (inventory verification, product display, stock replenishment, out-of-stock monitoring, and rotation). Promote commercial campaigns, product launches, and customer loyalty strategies. Participate in inventory counts and stock control. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety policies and other internal guidelines. What are we looking for? High school diploma, technical or technological degree in commerce, marketing, sales, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in in-person sales, customer service, or similar roles.
