Applicant Profile: Systems Engineer, Telecommunications Engineer or related fields Specialty: Team coordination, client management and relationship, technology contract management, risk management, NTC ISO 27001 Additional Courses: PMP course, ITIL FOUNDATION V4 certification, Scrum or agile methodologies course Main Responsibilities: 1\. Planning and Scheduling 1\.1 Collaborate in developing detailed plans for technological projects, including milestones, required resources, and timelines. 1\.2 Coordinate project management activities involving resources, teams, and information. 1\.3 Plan meetings and organize project logistics according to the contractual scope. 1\.4 Monitor daily project progress and provide detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders. 2\. Management of Contractual Scope 2\.1 Clearly define and document the project scope, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of expectations. 2\.2 Break down specific tasks within project execution into feasible actions and set deadlines. 2\.3 Collaborate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives. 2\.4 Coordinate events or knowledge transfer sessions related to the project. 2\.5 Communicate with peers, clients, and suppliers to resolve issues, obtain feedback, or negotiate agreements. 3\. Resource Coordination 3\.1 Coordinate the efficient allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. 3\.2 Ensure resources are available according to operational needs. 3\.3 Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. 3\.4 Ensure team members have the necessary supplies and resources to complete assigned tasks on time and within budget constraints. 4\. Quality Control 4\.1 Implement and maintain quality standards in operational processes. 4\.2 Supervise and ensure compliance with established procedures and policies. 5\. Process Optimization 5\.1 Identify areas for improvement in operational processes and propose corrective measures. 5\.2 Implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. 5\.3 Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies that could enhance project performance or quality. 6\.
