Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant with experience in preparing cold and hot dishes, sauces, salads, and gourmet cuisine, possessing an excellent attitude and strong teamwork skills. Key Highlights: 1. Certified experience in renowned restaurants, clubs, and hotels 2. Knowledge of handling cutting tools and kitchen utensils 3. Preparation of sauces, salads, and gourmet cuisine Education: High school diploma, Technical or Technological degree in gastronomy or related fields Experience: Minimum 6 months as a kitchen assistant, with certified experience in renowned restaurants, clubs, and hotels. Knowledge of handling cutting tools and kitchen utensils, plating and dish assembly, menu and preparation schedule, food and preparation area cleaning and disinfection protocols. Individuals with an excellent attitude, willingness, and teamwork orientation. Schedule: Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays and holidays as operationally required. Workplace: Ágora, Corferias, Universidad de la Sabana, Casa España, Club Los Lagartos Salary: Shift rate according to event location + social benefits + overtime and surcharges.
