Telesenitnel Limitada, a leading company in Alarm Monitoring, is looking for Technology Media Operators. Contract: Indefinite term – 2-month probationary period Salary: COP 1,423,500 + night, Sunday, and holiday surcharges + Sodexo meal voucher bonus of COP 7,000 (daily, awarded for punctuality) + All statutory benefits. Schedule: 2x2 (two day shifts, two night shifts, two days off) Responsibilities: - Promptly and efficiently execute the procedures established at the Monitoring Center for each received signal requiring attention. - Monitor initially attended signals that remain pending, verifying dispatch of the Technology Media Supervisor by the radio operator, according to signal priority. - Coordinate supervisors (in the case of the radio operator role) to various alarm sites or clients as required.
