




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional analyst with retail experience to enhance sales performance, inventory turnover, and commercial execution at the SKU and store levels. Sell-out analysis and execution of action plans We are looking for a professional analyst with a background in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with retail experience responsible for improving sales performance, inventory turnover, and commercial execution of the portfolio within the consignment channel. The role focuses on analysis and management at the SKU and store levels, with the ability to execute actions on inventory and assortment, and propose adjustments based on real sell-out data. Responsibilities: • Analyze sell-out performance by SKU, store, and brand in consignment, and prepare weekly and monthly reports. • Manage inventory and coverage per product according to allocated space in stores. • Execute action plans for low-turnover products: • inter-store transfers • assortment adjustments • liquidation proposals under defined guidelines • Evaluate store-level performance (productivity, sales concentration, turnover) • Identify non-moving inventory and ensure its management (aged inventory) • Optimize stock distribution based on actual store-level performance • Monitor point-of-sale execution (display, discounts, turnover) • Ensure consistency between physical stock and system records • Support purchase planning based on actual portfolio performance Requirements: • +2 years of experience in retail, distribution, or inventory management • Experience working with multiple stores or physical channels • Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (database handling, pivot tables, KPI analysis) • Experience analyzing turnover, inventory, and SKU-level performance • Understanding of commercial logic at point of sale (assortment, turnover, display) • Analytical profile with ability to execute within defined guidelines KPIs for the role: • Inventory turnover by SKU and store • Days of inventory / coverage • Sell-out vs. target by consignment channel • Level of non-moving inventory (aged inventory) • Store productivity • Execution rate of action plans for low-turnover products. -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Professional Degree 2 years of experience Keywords: analyst
