What You Will Do: • Advise customers both in-person and digitally. • Understand their real needs and help them find the best solution. • Manage commercial opportunities from first contact through motorcycle delivery. • Support financing processes. • Build long-term trusting relationships. • Achieve individual and team sales targets. • Actively participate in events, activations, and community activities. What We Look for in You: • Minimum 1 year of experience in consultative sales. • Excellent service attitude. • Ability to connect with people. • Commercial discipline and results orientation. • Basic proficiency with digital tools. • Desire for professional growth.
