




Provide support to the organization’s accounting and financial processes by recording, controlling, and analyzing accounting transactions related to supplier payments, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable management. This role ensures the accuracy of financial information, adherence to established deadlines, and compliance with current accounting and tax regulations. Main Responsibilities Payment Management Validate invoices, purchase orders, and other supporting documents for proper scheduling. Execute payments to suppliers and third parties via bank transfers or checks. Track advances and legalization processes. Bank Reconciliations** Perform monthly reconciliation of bank transactions against accounting records. Identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies detected. Coordinate with banks or internal departments to clarify anomalies. Accounts Receivable Management** Monitor due dates of accounts receivable. Contact clients to collect payments, negotiate payment agreements, and follow up on outstanding balances. Record cash receipts and properly allocate them in the accounting system. General Accounting Support Enter accounting vouchers (revenues, expenses, adjustments, etc.) into the system. Support monthly and annual accounting closing processes. Organize, archive, and safeguard accounting documentation in accordance with applicable regulations. Assist in preparing information for tax reviews, internal and external audits. Ensure correct application of applicable tax and accounting regulations governing the organization. Job Requirements Accounting Technician or Accounting Technologist degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar roles, including demonstrable experience in payments, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable management. Specific Knowledge Proficiency in accounting software (Helisa or similar). Knowledge of IFRS for SMEs. Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters).
