Opportunities for professional growth and an excellent work environment. ***Formula Developer*** **Food Industry \| Bogotá D.C. – Toberín Neighborhood \| On-site Mode** A leading company in the food industry is seeking a **Formula Developer**, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing formulations, contributing to the innovation and continuous improvement of our products. Required Profile * Professional in **Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry**. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in formulation, product development, R\+D, or innovation within the food, dietary supplement, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or related industries. * Knowledge of **GMP**, sanitary regulations, product formulation, and Microsoft Office. Main Responsibilities * Develop and optimize new formulations. * Conduct laboratory tests and plant validations. * Prepare technical data sheets and documentation for developments. * Evaluate raw materials and ingredients. * Support scale-up of formulations and innovation processes. * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Procurement departments to ensure technical feasibility of products.
