Maintain and supervise all installed infrastructure and systems. 2. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, system management tools, and application software. 3. Ensure that all systems and infrastructure are available at all times. 4. Evaluate application performance to detect potential issues, identify solutions, and assist in improving them. 5. Keep backup procedures up to date. 6. Design and maintain strategies to increase efficiency and reduce failed intervention time. 7. Participate in the creation of information systems and operational support. 8. Maintain correspondence with suppliers and other IT personnel as necessary for problem resolution. 9. Evaluate current systems and provide technical guidance to area support staff and third parties. 10. Supervise the creation of customized software and hardware requirements. 11. Improve efficiency, plan, and execute system automation as needed. 12. Formulate and implement a security mechanism to ensure data security. 13. Guarantee that technological resources are always available. 14. Collaborate with other experts to ensure high-quality results, respecting company policies and guidelines.
