




Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician to monitor alarm systems, manage security events, dispatch mobile units, and provide customer support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor alarm systems and verify security events 2. Manage activations, openings, closings, and fault alarms 3. Respond to customer requests and provide basic technical support Qualifications: Technical degree in Systems or related field. Mandatory: Valid Technological Media Operator certification. Monitor alarm systems and verify security events. Manage activations, openings, closings, and fault alarms. Dispatch mobile units and activate protocols according to signal type. Escalate critical events to the immediate supervisor. Coordinate technical services and conduct communication tests. Respond to customer requests via phone and email. Provide basic support on alarm system usage. Record and track events and requests. Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with customers.
