A prominent company in the city of Pasto requires an Inventory Coordinator, a professional in Public Accounting or Business Administration, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience leading inventory control, monitoring, and management processes. We seek a candidate with strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and leadership skills who can ensure proper management of the company’s inventories and assets through planning, evaluation, and control of operational and administrative processes. The role entails ensuring information reliability, identifying risks, optimizing resources, and contributing to the organization’s strategic objectives. Candidates with prior experience in food service and/or fuel sector companies, knowledge of SIIGO PYME, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience in audits, variance analysis, and inventory control implementation are especially valued. Responsibilities: - Schedule and conduct periodic and perpetual inventories of products at commercial establishments. - Maintain precise control over all company inventories to ensure their accuracy. - Perform stock analysis, planning, and appropriate management of materials and equipment. - Conduct inventory analyses and reporting to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Requirements: - Degree in Accounting or Business Administration. - Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
