




Position Summary: We are seeking a LAN and WiFi Network Support Engineer to handle, diagnose, and resolve incidents while administering and fine-tuning the network infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in LAN and WLAN network support and administration. 2. Configuration management of VLANs, SSIDs, and firmware updates. 3. Fault analysis, network monitoring, and ticket management. We are looking for a LAN and WiFi Network Support Engineer to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience in network support and administration. Knowledge of LAN and WLAN networks (switches, access points, and controllers). Basic/intermediate skills in configuring VLANs, SSIDs, and firmware updates. Experience in incident diagnosis, network monitoring, and ticket management. Ability to analyze faults, review logs, and escalate to higher levels. Responsibilities: Handle, diagnose, and resolve incidents on LAN and WiFi networks. Administer and adjust the network infrastructure. Monitor performance (latency, packet loss, interference). Execute planned changes and scheduled maintenance. Document activities, generate reports, and track tickets.
