A Civil Engineer or Roads and Transportation Engineer with postgraduate studies in roads or pavements is required for consultancy in Road Studies and Designs. Minimum of 5 years of experience since the date of issuance of the professional card, and 3 years since obtaining the postgraduate degree. **Main Functions:** * Preparation and monitoring of schedules and budgets. * Coordination of resources and communication between teams. * Field visits and progress verification. * Support in contract management and documentation. * Preparation of technical reports. **Required Documentation:** Interested candidates must have at least 1 certification as a consultancy resident or contractor in consultancy or supervision projects related to road studies and/or designs, or 1 certification(s) of professional practice as a public official in executive, advisory, coordination, or professional roles involving management or supervision of road projects. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. **Modality:** Office-based and field visits.
