VACANCY – DIRECTOR OF OVERSIGHT Pitalito, Huila Civil Engineer / Transportation Engineer / Roadways Engineer With postgraduate studies in Roadways or related fields **Required Profile:** * Professional in **Civil Engineering**, **Transportation Engineering**, or **Roadways Engineering**. * Completed **postgraduate degree** in **Roadways**. * Certified experience in managing, coordinating, or supervising oversight services for road projects. * Solid knowledge of current regulations, technical specifications for infrastructure, and supervision of civil works. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to manage work teams. * Proficient in office tools and technical software (Project, AutoCAD, among others). **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the technical and administrative team of the oversight. * Supervise compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements of the project. * Prepare, review, and approve technical, administrative, and financial reports. * Monitor schedules, quantities of work, and quality of construction processes. * Ensure proper communication with the contracting entity and other project stakeholders. * Ensure proper execution and progress of the project, proposing corrective actions when necessary. **Offer Conditions:** * **Workplace:** Pitalito, Huila. * **Contract type:** To be determined according to experience. * **Availability:** Immediate. * **Salary:** Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and level of education.
