A Civil Engineer or Roads and Transportation Engineer with postgraduate studies in roads or pavements is required for the consultancy of Road Studies and Designs. Minimum of 10 years of experience since the issuance date of the professional license and 5 years since obtaining the postgraduate degree. **Main Functions:** * Lead the execution of the consultancy. * Control the qualitative and quantitative execution and quality of deliverable products. **Required Documentation:** Interested candidates must have at least 1 certification as a consultancy director or consultancy contractor in Consultancy Projects or Supervision of road studies and/or designs, or 1 certification of professional practice in public service positions such as Executive, Advisor, Coordinator, or Professional roles involving management or supervision of road projects. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday. **Modality:** In-office presence and field visits.
