Demonstrate professional qualification in Environmental Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Natural Resources Engineering, Water Resources Engineering and Environmental Management, Mining Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Administration, Civil Engineering, Highway and Transportation Engineering, Biology, Ecology, or Geology. Demonstrate a minimum of (4) four years of professional experience as of the date of issuance of the professional license, and at least (2) two years of specific experience as of the date of issuance of the professional registration certificate or license, having performed environmental activities under construction contracts or supervision contracts. The contracts submitted as evidence of specific experience must have, as their objective or scope, and must have effectively involved the execution of transportation infrastructure projects in the environmental field.
