Call Center Assistant required to work at an IPS affiliated with SURA, located on Calle 127, in-person. Required Experience: Minimum (6\) months in similar positions Proficiency in Excel, Office, and systems Experience in customer service and call center operations Schedules: Rotating shifts Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays: 2 per month, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. All statutory benefits Position Type: Full-time
