Recognized as the global benchmark for quality and integrity, we have more than 94\.000 employees and a network of over 2\.600 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description*** Specific Responsibilities * Check the vehicle's condition daily and report any anomalies and/or damage to the vehicle. * Prepare the vehicle receipt and delivery report daily at the beginning and end of the workday, either manually or through CRONOS software. * Check daily the condition of tools, first aid kit, protective equipment and emergency items in the vehicle. * Timely inform the Supervisor and/or Coordinator of the vehicle's mileage for scheduled preventive maintenance. * Pick up personnel from offices according to previously received instructions. * Transport them to their respective work sites and return them to the office. * Promptly report on personal health status and vehicle condition. * Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle under environmentally safe conditions. * Carry out project messenger duties as instructed by the Immediate Supervisor. * Know and respect traffic and mobility regulations. * If assigned to a project, follow the instructions of the Laboratory Supervisor or Coordinator. * Ensure the vehicle remains in optimal operating condition, ensure timely updates and validity of both personal and vehicle documents, know and comply with traffic regulations, pay fines imposed for traffic violations when responsibility is confirmed. * Responsible for all tools listed in the vehicle's general inventory. * Responsible for proper handling of the assigned vehicle. * Responsible for reporting any incidents involving the vehicle. * Maintain daily activity records in the timesheet. * Know and apply procedures related to the position. * Verify that company-generated communications comply with applicable regulations. * Keep the assigned files organized. * Attend to operational requests from individuals designated as immediate supervisors. * Park the vehicle daily in the parking area designated by the company. * Strictly prohibited to use the assigned vehicle for personal activities, whether for oneself or any project team member. If direct supervisor or any team member instructs such personal activities, refusal is required and must be immediately reported to the Laboratory Coordinator and/or Laboratory Manager, otherwise it constitutes serious misconduct and justifiable grounds for dismissal. * Prohibited from picking up employees at their homes and returning them home at the end of the shift, except under special circumstances such as night shifts, hard-to-access areas, etc., in which case prior authorization from the Laboratory Coordinator and/or Laboratory Manager is required. * Participate in trainings indicated by HR, OI and immediate supervisors. * Fully understand and comply with the company's integrity code, driving policies, and no alcohol/no drugs policy. * Comply with road safety commitments and other provisions of the company's PESV (Strategic Road Safety Plan). * Any other duties assigned to the position. **Requirements** **Education:** N/A **Experience:** One (1\) year of related experience. **Technical knowledge:** Defensive driving course, First aid training. **Requirements:** Valid Class B1, C1 driver's license.
