Check the vehicle's condition daily and report any abnormalities and/or damage to the vehicle. * Prepare daily the vehicle handover report at the beginning and end of the work shift, either manually or through the CRONOS software. * Verify daily the condition of tools, first aid kit, protective equipment and emergency items in the vehicle. * Timely inform the Supervisor and/or Coordinator of the vehicle's mileage for preventive maintenance purposes. * Pick up personnel from the offices according to previously received instructions. * Transport them to the corresponding work sites and return them to the office. * Promptly report personal health status and vehicle condition. * Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the vehicle under environmentally safe conditions. * Carry out project messenger duties as instructed by the Immediate Supervisor. * Know and comply with traffic and mobility regulations. * If assigned to a project, follow the instructions of the Laboratory Supervisor or Coordinator. * Ensure that the vehicle remains in optimal operating condition, ensure timely updating and validity of both personal and vehicle documents, know and comply with traffic regulations, pay fines imposed due to traffic violations when responsibility is proven. * Responsible for all tools listed in the vehicle's general inventory. * Responsible for proper handling of the vehicle under their charge. * Responsible for reporting any incidents involving the vehicle. * Maintain daily activity records on the timesheet. * Know and apply procedures related to their position. * Verify that communications generated by the company comply with applicable regulations. * Keep the assigned files organized. * Attend to operational requests from individuals designated as immediate supervisors. * Park the vehicle daily in the parking area designated by the company. * Strictly prohibited to use the vehicle under their charge for personal activities, whether for themselves or any other member of the project team. If direct supervisor or any team member gives instructions for personal tasks, they must refuse and immediately report to the Laboratory Coordinator and/or Laboratory Manager, otherwise face serious misconduct and just cause for dismissal. * It is prohibited to pick up employees from their homes and take them home at the end of the workday, except in special circumstances such as night shifts, areas with difficult access, etc., in which case prior authorization from the Laboratory Coordinator and/or Laboratory Manager is required. * Participate in training sessions indicated by HR, OI and immediate supervisors. * Fully understand and comply with the company’s integrity code, driving policies, and no alcohol no drugs policy. * Comply with road safety commitments and other provisions of the company's PESV (Strategic Road Safety Plan). * Perform any other duties assigned to the position. **Requirements** Education: High School Graduate Experience: One (1) year of related experience. Technical knowledge: Defensive driving course, First aid training. Requirements: Valid Class B1, C1 driver's license.
