This mid\-level role is ideal for candidates with strong technical expertise, business acumen, and a proven ability to lead data initiatives that support cross\-functional teams. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * Design, build, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and reporting tools that visualize operational KPIs and trends. * Perform advanced data analysis to identify inefficiencies, forecast costs, and support capacity planning and service metrics. * Ensure data integrity by mining systems, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining robust data pipelines. * Identify data driven areas of opportunity for growth and improvement in Implementation Operations. * Collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders to define metrics and deliver actionable insights. * Lead initiatives to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility for business users. * Support strategic planning through scenario modeling, budget forecasting, and performance benchmarking. * Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of BI best practices and documentation. .
