Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in this position. Education Level: Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture / Construction Architecture (Civil Engineer or Construction Architect). Responsibilities and/or Functions: Support construction planning and scheduling, ensuring compliance with established timelines. Coordinate and supervise field activity execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and technical specifications. Control work quality per drawings, technical standards, and project requirements. Maintain control over quantities, progress, daily reports, and project advancement tracking. Coordinate contractors and operational staff, ensuring appropriate use of materials, equipment, and labor. Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocols. Support administrative processes related to the construction project (minutes, reports, and tracking). Technical or Specific Knowledge Required for the Role: Construction processes for civil works and renovations. Construction control (quantities, progress, and schedules). Basic knowledge of OSH regulations. Proficiency in office software and construction control software.
