Drive AI-driven automation and digital transformation Overview: **What is the role?** Responsible for leading the end\-to\-end IT strategy, architecture, and operational execution supporting Liberty Networks’ Wholesale and Enterprise B2B businesses. The role owns the full technology stack across Salesforce (as the commercial front office backbone), billing and revenue management platforms, provisioning and integration layers, and AI\-driven automation initiatives. The Director ensures scalable, secure, and commercially aligned platforms that enable growth, operational efficiency, and superior enterprise customer experience. This role reports directly to the VP Group CIO and is accountable for translating business strategy into reliable, modern, and automation\-driven IT delivery. Responsibilities: ### **How will you add value?** ### **1\. E2E Enterprise \& Wholesale IT Ownership** * Own the full IT lifecycle supporting Wholesale and Enterprise B2B services. * Ensure seamless integration across CRM, CPQ, order management, provisioning, billing, and care platforms. * Drive platform stability, scalability, and commercial responsiveness. ### **2\. Salesforce Architecture \& Commercial Platforms** * Act as executive owner of Salesforce architecture and roadmap. * Ensure scalable Salesforce design across sales, CPQ, service, and partner channels. * Maintain architectural integrity, data governance, and integration standards. * Enable automation across sales lifecycle and customer onboarding journeys. ### **3\. Billing \& Revenue Management** * Own enterprise billing platforms, rating engines, mediation, and revenue assurance frameworks. * Ensure accuracy, compliance, and SLA\-driven performance. * Lead modernization and simplification initiatives to support complex B2B contracts and multi\-market operations. ### **4\. AI Mindset \& Intelligent Automation** * Embed AI\-driven automation across provisioning, care, and commercial operations. * Drive workflow automation, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency. * Promote an automation\-first culture within IT and across business interfaces. ### **5\. Cloud \& Integration Strategy** * Oversee cloud\-native architecture evolution supporting enterprise services. * Ensure secure, API\-first integrations across platforms. * Optimize cloud economics and vendor alignment. ### **6\. Operational Governance \& Performance** * Maintain enterprise\-grade availability, cybersecurity, and compliance. * Establish measurable KPIs across IT performance, automation adoption, and cost efficiency. * Manage vendor governance and performance management frameworks. ### **7\. Leadership \& Organizational Development** * Build and lead high\-performing regional IT teams. * Foster collaboration across Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Security. * Develop technical talent with strong architectural and automation capabilities. Qualifications: **What do you need?*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. * 12\+ years of progressive leadership in telecom, enterprise IT, or digital platforms. * Advanced proficiency in Spanish. * Deep Salesforce knowledge at architectural level (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ preferred). * Strong background in enterprise billing, mediation, and revenue management systems. * Experience driving automation, AI\-enabled operations, and digital transformation programs. * Proven track record leading geographically distributed teams and large\-scale platform modernization initiatives. **Skills \& Abilities** ----------------------- * Strategic architectural thinking with commercial awareness. * Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence. * Deep understanding of telecom B2B processes and enterprise customer journeys. * AI and automation mindset with practical implementation experience.
