Minimum six (6) consecutive months of experience in customer service contact centers handling collections operations. Compensation Conditions **Base Salary:** $1,750,905Variable performance bonus: $100,000 Transportation allowance Statutory benefits **Salary Payment Date:** 2nd of each month (Davivienda Bank) **Variable Payment Date:** 20th of each month, paid in arrears If you hold an account with another bank, payment may take 2–3 business days to reflect. Employment Type Contract based on internal conditions (per company policy).
