




Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support agent to transition email services and provide on-site technical support, ensuring continuity of customer communication. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in email migration and configuration (O365). 2. On-site technical support for hardware, software, and basic networks. 3. Autonomous troubleshooting of synchronization and network issues. At CRG, we seek a technical support agent to execute the transition of email services between domains, ensuring continuity of customer communication and providing on-site technical support for terminal configuration and resolution of basic incidents. **Requirements:** * Intermediate technical degree in computer support or related fields. * Junior-level experience focused on technical support. * Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/macOS). * Microsoft O365 and collaborative tools. Email configuration in O365. * Knowledge of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). * Information security and access management. * Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools. * Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, MFA, Intune. * Attention to detail. * Assertive communication. Ability to explain technical changes to non-technical users. * Problem-solving. (Autonomy to investigate synchronization or network errors). **Responsibilities:** **1. Email Migration and Configuration (Priority)** * **Data Migration:** Transfer mailboxes, contacts, and calendars from an old domain to a new one (e.g., from IMAP/POP3 to Microsoft 365). * **Client Configuration:** Configure accounts in Outlook (PC/Mac) and mobile devices (iOS/Android) under new protocols. * **Backup Management:** Creation and loading of .pst files or other backup formats to ensure no historical information is lost. * **Post-Migration Support:** Resolve end-user questions following the domain change. **2. On-Site Technical Support** * **Hardware and Software:** Basic diagnosis and repair of laptops, desktops, and peripherals. * **Basic Networking:** Connecting devices to the local network, configuring printers, and resolving Wi-Fi/LAN connectivity issues. * **Installation:** Deployment of corporate software and operating system updates.
