Coordinate audits and ensure the quality of medical services. **Job Description** ---------------------- An allied company requires a National Services Coordinator for its team, with twenty-four (24) months of experience in call center, service, health, ARL, or financial sectors, who wishes to lead and guarantee the proper delivery of SST medicine services to users, contributing to the organization’s growth and efficiency. Academic Qualifications: Professional degree in health administration, business administration, engineering, or related fields. Job Mission: To lead the proper delivery of SST medicine services to users, ensuring service quality, reliability, and timeliness, as well as effective management of suppliers and strategic alliances nationwide. Responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and conduct periodic audits of allied IPS providers, ensuring the quality of services and medical reports delivered to clients. * Coordinate and supervise the reliable and timely delivery of reports required by user companies within the national network. * Manage suppliers, including segmentation, appointment logistics, negotiations, and payment validation to allied IPS providers. * Establish new strategic alliances to ensure market coverage across Colombian territory, guaranteeing contract validity and compliance with legal requirements. * Respond to PQRS (Petitions, Queries, Complaints, and Suggestions) from the national network, implementing improvements when necessary and ensuring timely and satisfactory service for clients. Knowledge Requirements: * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge and use of ERP systems. Professional Competencies: Teamwork, leadership, assertive communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation. Salary: $3.000.000 to $4.000.000 + current statutory benefits. Contract Type: Fixed-term, renewable, with subsequent conversion to indefinite term. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, two Saturdays per month, 44 hours per week.
