Responsibilities Support general construction activities: mixing preparation, basic leveling, assistance in material watering/spreading, and manual tasks typical of construction sites. Loading, unloading, transportation, and organization of materials and tools at the worksite. Removal of debris and cleaning of the work area (using shovel, wheelbarrow, rake, and hand tools). Assistance in installation and removal of signage/barricades and basic control of worksite order. Compliance with Occupational Safety and Health procedures: consistent use of PPE and care for the work environment. Requirements High school diploma (equivalent experience accepted). Desirable experience: up to 1 year in construction/site work or similar roles. Working at Heights training course (advanced or refresher), desirable. Physical work capacity, ability to follow instructions, and maintain order and safety on site. Conditions Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 44 hours per week. Benefits: Extra-legal bonus + lunch.
