SOCIAL WORKER – IPS Nuestra Señora de las Nieves Villahermosa – Tolima We are seeking a Social Worker to provide comprehensive care, guidance, and social support to the institution's users, contributing to effective access to health services, promotion of well-being, and compliance with current health sector regulations. Main Responsibilities: - Conduct social assessment and diagnosis of users and their families. - Provide guidance on health rights, healthcare pathways, affiliations, and procedures with EPS, ARL, and State entities. - Prepare social reports, record information in clinical records, and ensure confidentiality. - Participate in health promotion, risk prevention, and occupational health programs. - Support case investigations, treatment follow-up, and labor reintegration. - Coordinate with institutions within the social and community support network. Requirements: - Professional degree in Social Work. - Valid professional license. - Knowledge of health regulations, user rights, and SG-SST. - Minimum experience: 0–1 year (recent graduates accepted). - Skills: active listening, empathy, organization, teamwork.
