




DESCRIPTION Technical or technological graduate in systems, electronics, telecommunications, or related fields, with a focus on technical support, customer experience, and commercial relationship management, responsible for coordinating communication among Lenovo’s product, commercial, promotion, and services departments. Acts as the point of contact for technical escalations from the sales force, collects and manages product feedback originating from VOC, retail, and promotion teams, and ensures its proper transfer to the services department.
