Job Summary: An industrial steam ironing press operator is required to ensure the finishing, presentation, and final quality of garments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate industrial steam ironing press to ensure garment quality. 2. Remove wrinkles and set shapes for final garment presentation. 3. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and assist in maintenance tasks. A piece-rate industrial steam ironing press operator is required to ensure the finishing, presentation, and final quality of garments, complying with design specifications and company-established standards. * Operate the industrial steam ironing press following safety regulations and quality parameters. * Adjust temperature, pressure, and steam according to fabric type and garment. * Iron finished garments to remove wrinkles and set shapes for final presentation. * Inspect garments before and after ironing to ensure quality. * Report garments with defects or anomalies during the finishing process. * Perform daily cleaning of the ironing press and work area. * Assist in basic preventive maintenance of equipment. * Meet production targets and established timeframes. * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). * Maintain order and discipline in the ironing area.
