We seek individuals oriented toward compliance with technical standards and service protocols. **Responsibilities:** * **Setup:** Prepare the service area (mise en place) according to hygiene and organization standards. * **Reception and Seating:** Manage reservations and escort guests to their tables following the welcome protocol. * **Order Taking and Consultation:** Present the menu with technical knowledge, suggesting food and beverage options appropriate to the guest’s profile. * **Technical Service:** Execute food and beverage service, including plating completion at the table if required. * **Billing and Closing:** Present bills, process payments, and perform final cleaning of service areas. **Requirements:** * Certified experience in customer service and table service. * Knowledge of etiquette and service protocols. * Residence in Bogotá. * Location: Bogotá .
