You will participate in activities such as: * Support in **social security enrollment processes** for new hires joining the company. * Support in **issuing employment certificates** for retired employees. * Generation and consolidation of **non-statutory allowances** for employee payments. * Support in **preparing social security payroll reports** for company personnel. * Managing the **creation of virtual user accounts** for social security entities. * Liaising with, organizing, and delivering files to the **documentation center**. * Supporting the search for **inactive files**, to review inaccuracies reported by social security entities. * Support in **preparing third-party payment payroll reports**. * Support to the **recruitment area**, especially during onboarding processes for new employees. * Support in the **recovery process for disability claims**, before the relevant entities. **WHAT YOU BRING** Skills:* Basic knowledge of **human talent management**, social security, and administrative processes. * Proficiency in **office tools** (especially Excel) and document management platforms. * Assertive communication and attention to detail. * Organization, responsibility, and effective time management. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in teams. **Profile:*** Student pursuing a **technical or technological program in Human Talent Management**, Human Resources, or related fields. * Must possess an **institutional endorsement** to begin internships. * Basic English proficiency (desirable). * Full-time availability during the internship period. **WHAT WE OFFER*** Professional development opportunities within a leading international logistics company. * Comprehensive benefits and well-being program for apprentices. * Access to training programs and initiatives for developing technical and professional skills. * Ongoing mentoring and guidance from the Human Management team and department leaders. *DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
