This role plays a fundamental part in customer satisfaction and in meeting the company’s quality and efficiency standards. **Job Objective:** Ensure efficient and punctual delivery of goods, complying with quality standards, optimizing delivery times, and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. **Requirements to Apply:** Academic qualification: Completed high school education. Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in goods delivery or similar duties. Others: Basic knowledge of national routes and traffic regulations. **Key Competencies:** Teamwork, commitment to the organization, customer orientation, and compliance with regulations. Organization, planning, and time management. Proactivity, stress tolerance, and results orientation. Ability to efficiently coordinate logistical activities and maintain clear and effective communication. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate and ensure efficient product distribution, guaranteeing that customers receive their orders on time and in accordance with the company’s quality and service standards. Receive and manage product returns, complying with established protocols for inspection, registration, and system reintegration, in order to maintain product control and traceability. Handle collections corresponding to commercial transactions when required. Deposit collected funds promptly, ensuring proper documentation and recording of financial transactions. Provide support in additional tasks as needed for operational requirements, contributing to team efficiency and achievement of departmental objectives.
