This role contributes to reinforcing a collaborative, multicultural, and results-oriented culture—aligning people with the company’s objectives and its global expansion in the IoT industry. **What You’ll Do** * End-to-end recruitment and selection management: defining job profiles, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and onboarding. * Administration of payroll, employment contracts, and service provision agreements. * Employee lifecycle management and control (hiring, renewals, terminations). * Definition, implementation, and monitoring of internal company policies. * Ensuring compliance with Colombian labor and legal regulations. * Coordination with legal and accounting advisors on labor-related matters. * Management and oversight of the hybrid team (employees and contractors). * Supporting team leaders on performance, workplace climate, and organizational structure. * Proposing and implementing HR process improvements aligned with company growth. #### **Your profile** **What We Expect From You** * Minimum 3+ years of prior experience in Human Resources, ideally within startups or fast-growing companies. * Solid knowledge of Colombian labor legislation. * Experience managing employment contracts and service provision agreements. * Experience with payroll administration and coordination with external vendors. * Ability to work autonomously, systematically, and solution-oriented. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Prior experience in technology/SaaS environments is highly valued. #### **Why us?** **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on profile (above market standards) and performance-based bonuses. * Generous vacation package. * Flat organizational structure. * Continuous training in both technology and sales skills. * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. **Notes:** * This is a position with employment in Colombia. #### **About us** Moabits is a European company rapidly establishing itself as an international leader in providing global connectivity solutions for OEMs, MVNOs, and other key players in the fast-growing IoT industry.
