Determine equipment and infrastructure requirements UNIVERSITY PROFESSIONAL FOR CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE / BOYAC City: Boyacá (Various municipalities of the department) Company: Major financial sector company Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (2-hour lunch break) Salary: $4,300,000 COP Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for services or labor (1 year, excluding disabilities or leaves) Purpose of the Position Ensure the physical, electrical, and logical operation of bank offices and administrative areas, preventing failures or disruptions in their operation. Responsibilities Monitor budget execution of resources assigned to contracts under your responsibility, seeking expenditure optimization. Determine equipment requirements (air conditioners, power plants, UPS systems, surge protection devices, transformers, alarms, etc.) for bank offices and administrative areas needing them, and request their inclusion in the Business Plan and Procurement Plan. Establish requirements for supply and installation of electrical and logical networks in bank offices and administrative areas, requesting their inclusion in the Business Plan and Procurement Plan. Determine physical infrastructure requirements (hydrosanitary networks, physical space distribution, etc.) for bank offices and administrative areas needing them, and request their inclusion in the Business Plan and Procurement Plan. Execute, monitor, and evaluate compliance with various phases of physical adaptation processes, including expenditure and real estate investment budgets, to meet objectives and targets set by the Physical Infrastructure Management Department. Requirements Education: University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience performing duties related to this position, preferably in the financial sector. Key Competencies Computer literacy. Customer service knowledge. Knowledge of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical networks.
