A company in the health and industrial sector is looking for a **Production Coordinator**, responsible for leading operational and production processes of **medical and industrial gases**, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, execute, and control the production schedule, ensuring plant efficiency and productivity. * Monitor consumption of raw materials and supplies, as well as inventory of work-in-progress and raw materials. * Supervise the production of medical and industrial gases in compliance with applicable technical, regulatory, and safety standards. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure. * Set priorities, delegate tasks to operational staff, and ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Ensure compliance with **cost, quality, and delivery** indicators in production processes. * Lead, supervise, and train assigned operational personnel. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in companies within the health, industrial, or chemical sectors. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and INVIMA regulations related to the production and packaging of medical gases. * Proficiency in office software tools. **Competencies:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Results-oriented. * Communication skills and teamwork. * Critical thinking. * Problem-solving.
