A concrete example is the further development of day programs at Waardeburgh and Rivas. You translate the vision (based on the VanThuisuit care concept and reablement principles) into practice at existing day activity locations. In doing so, you stimulate collaboration by sharing spaces, knowledge, experiences, and activities. * Realizing projects arising from the Integrated Care Agreement (IZA) in the Waardenland region. * Initiatives responding to technological and social innovations. * You seamlessly switch between tactical and operational levels. You can work in a project-oriented manner: from idea to implementation.
