Required Profile Academic Qualification: Technical or technological degree, or currently enrolled in at least the third (3rd) semester of administrative, commercial, or health-related programs. Experience: Minimum six (6) months of verifiable experience in the healthcare sector, performing user support, customer service, or commercial management functions. Knowledge: Proficiency in Law 100 of the healthcare sector (mandatory). Offer Conditions Salary Assignment: COP $2,305,000 per month. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Contract Type: Initially, an external contract for two (2) months. Subsequently, based on performance, direct employment with the entity will be offered until December, with high likelihood of renewal depending on results. Main Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, timely, and high-quality support to users of the healthcare system. Manage and retain the assigned user base through service-oriented strategies and commercial guidance.
