Technologist or students in their 6th semester, or university graduates (high school diploma not applicable) Minimum 1 year of external sales experience—door-to-door (PAP) or store-to-store (TAT), preventive sales, external advisors, funeral services advisors, telecommunications advisors, etc. (No prior experience in the financial sector required) Serving small businesses, providing commercial advisory services, and managing performance indicators Key responsibilities: External sale and placement of microfinance products to small businesses, SMEs, independents, both open-door and closed-door Promote, advise on, sell, and perform portfolio follow-up (NO direct collection) Personally attend to clients at their businesses and foster trusted relationships Working conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional Saturday availability (no Sundays or holidays) Your talent deserves competitive compensation!
