RESPONSIBILITIES The intern supports the Human Resources area, especially in training and development processes. Duties include administrative support, information organization and management, database handling and updating, logistical support for departmental activities, and assistance in the SENA competency certification process, supporting document management and organizing activities required for its implementation. COMPETENCIES - Support in logistical coordination of training sessions, attendance tracking, and preparation of training activity reports. - Support in designing training programs and developing staff development plans. - Support budget control, database updating, and archiving of departmental documentation. - Assist in induction programs, career path follow-up, and development activities. - Administer satisfaction surveys and consolidate training evaluation results for reporting. REQUIREMENTS - Students in their final semesters of Administration or related fields. - University authorization to undertake internship activities. - No prior apprenticeship contract signed. - Interest in the training and human resources field. - Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and confidentiality.
