Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage cash operations, money collection, supervision of auxiliary staff, and accounting tasks in high-demand environments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in cash handling and collection of large sums of money 2. Knowledge of cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation, as well as courier dispatch 3. Personnel management, including supervision of an assistant cashier Salary $ SMLV + statutory benefits – biweekly payments Academic Qualifications Technical, technological, or university degree in administrative or engineering fields Required Experience Minimum two (2) years of experience in cash handling, preferably in large-scale supermarkets, casinos, mass transit systems, banking institutions, healthcare sector, parking facilities, among others, with experience collecting funds starting from $30,000,000. Must possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including email usage and Excel database management, as well as knowledge of cash register opening, closing, and reconciliation. Experience in courier dispatch—either via payroll or machine—is mandatory, including money banding and palletizing processes. Additionally, must be familiar with assigning cash registers to terminals, handling checks, and manually counting large sums of money. Personnel management experience is also required, as the candidate will supervise at least one assistant cashier at the assigned location. Work Schedule Availability to work Sunday to Sunday, with one (1) compensatory day off, on rotating shifts. This availability is required because client assignments and work locations may vary, and different clients operate under distinct schedules based on their operational needs.
