




A professional committed to the comprehensive training of youth and communities around peace and sustainability is required, with pedagogical skills and experience in community processes. **Academic background:** * Environmental educator, Agronomist Engineer, Agricultural Technician, or related professional. * Alternatively, trainer in topics of peace, coexistence, and active citizenship. **Professional experience:** * Experience in participatory pedagogy and training with adolescents and youth. * Worked in environmental education projects, community agriculture, sustainable development, or youth capacity-building processes. * Experience accompanying vulnerable communities and in settings of community participation. **Specific knowledge:** * Techniques of sustainable agriculture and management of ecological gardens. * Approaches to peace, conflict resolution, and building active citizenship. * Pedagogical methodologies for community and youth work. * Principles, values, and philosophy of peace, coexistence, and intercultural respect. **Competencies and skills:** * Ability to facilitate participatory, dynamic, and meaningful learning processes. * Effective communication and empathy for interaction with adolescents and youth. * Leadership, creativity, and social commitment. * Focus on building environments of respect, inclusion, and cooperation.
