The nature of an agricultural product like flowers—characterized by high seasonality and subject to variability in factors affecting production—requires great flexibility and the ability to make decisions and adapt to changing circumstances in the short term, while maintaining firm execution of strategy. **Mission:** Manage and optimize the procurement process, ensuring proper execution of purchase orders and compliance with the company’s established quality and cost standards. **Responsibilities** * Plan resource procurement based on the company’s production plans. * Participate in joint diagnostics with company departments to ensure alignment of procurement needs. * Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers. * Place purchase orders and track them to ensure products are received on time and in the agreed quantities. * Prepare and analyze procurement, expenditure, and purchasing trend reports, proposing process improvements. * Manage resolution of issues related to orders and suppliers. * Collaborate with company departments to ensure alignment of procurement needs and guarantee operational flow. * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures. * Ensure achievement of established performance indicators for the position. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within procurement or logistics. * Procurement management software * Microsoft Office. \- Intermediate/Advanced Excel * Bilingual English\-Spanish (Preferred)**Reports to:** Procurement Manager
