Management of the strengthening of external freelance sales force Job Purpose: We seek a Technician, Technologist, or Professional in Libranzas Credit Origination (Pension Sector) with solid experience in companies exclusively specialized in libranzas, preferably in libranzas credit for the pension sector or pensioners. The role must manage the strengthening of the external freelance sales force nationwide, ensuring achievement of disbursement targets and credit quality standards. (Important): Rapid formation of freelance or vendor teams and external workforce. We Offer: Initial FIXED employment contract for 3 months; based on performance and results, it becomes indefinite. Base salary between 2,500,000 and 3,500,000 COP depending on experience + uncapped performance-based commissions. High salary commissions based on percentage of target achievement, with no ceiling. Professional projection and organizational growth. Autonomy and leadership in a strategic nationwide role (remote work). Extra-legal allowances. NOTE: We seek personnel across all of Boyaca (Duitama is not the exclusive location); we seek personnel throughout the entire department. Job Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate the formation of external commercial workforce (Freelance) groups nationwide. Design and implement libranzas credit origination strategies. Ensure achievement of disbursement, growth, and profitability targets. Safeguard credit quality, risk mitigation, and compliance with internal policies. Support training, monitoring, and productivity processes for Freelancers.
