The role focuses on microcredit disbursement and portfolio collection, including client visits across various zones. What do you need to apply? Technical, technological, or university student (from fifth semester onward) enrolled in virtual or distance-learning programs. Relevant fields of study: administrative, commercial, financial, or rural-agricultural. Minimum 1 year of experience in external sales (tangible or intangible products) in roles such as TAT, merchandiser, sales promoter, or sales representative. Own vehicle and availability to travel within the assigned zone. Employment Conditions: Fixed-term contract directly with the bank, initially for 7 months. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, full-time. During the training period: COP $1,750,905 Upon certification: COP $2,138,060 (adjustable per internal policies). Non-statutory mobility allowance between COP $300,000 and COP $619,000, depending on assigned portfolio. Performance-based bonuses + statutory benefits.
